We started off Sunday with a pancake & peaches breakfast and ended it with a picnic in the garden with the Horeys, Copes and Hansens. Isaac's gift to Jared (other than the world map he and his sister went in on together) is pictured above.

Other adventures included catching up on several Friday Night Lights episodes on Friday night (Katie M, I'm ready for you!), and enjoying the amaaaaaazing weather on Saturday with a picnic at Central Park Sheep Meadow with Jared's classmates. More pictures from that are here. The whole weekend was pretty much perfect.
Thanks, Jared, for being such a perfect Dad. We love you and are so lucky to have you!

ReplyDeleteAlso, since Jared is the more "important" part of this post, I have to say that Jared is such a great guy! I had to meet with him after church yesterday. He was so super busy but he did it all with a smile. The ward is really lucky to have him in the bishopric.
Nothing sweeter than a sleeping baby on a daddy's shoulder. Sounds like a great day! That first father's day was a special one. I'm so glad you guys have such sweet babies. I love that picture with Jared and B on the blanket. Two peas in a pod!
