Ellie was there in her little red hood (with her mom and grandma, lucky!):

And Lisa came too! Lisa who I met on the playground at Beverly Farms when we were around kindergarten-age. She had taken the day off of work and we were honored that she'd spend a good chunk of it with us.
Lisa was a great help with the twins, and they totally wore her out. It's getting difficult again to be at the park alone with these two little rascals, so I was especially glad she could be there and we could let those babies run free.
We then hit up City Bakery for some good (but crazy rich) hot chocolate and cookies, and a family picture...

Okay, the cheers?? Hilarious! And I looks just like Jared in the pic of him alone coming out of the slide tunnel. Cutie boy!! What an awesome park, looks new. You should write a Mom's Guide to Manhattan, the Untold Twins Story. lol
ReplyDeleteThat hot chocolate is to die for! I had no idea there was a playground in Union Square ... that would have made errand-running days down there much easier. Your babes are unbelievably darling. WHEN can I see all of you again?? Somehow, we've got to make it happen!
